Refunds
We offer refunds for purchases made up to 24 hours before retreats and workshops and two hours before any class. To request a refund, please contact us via email or the message form within this timeframe, and our team will process your refund promptly.
No Refunds After Participation
Once you have participated in a class, retreat, or any other service provided by Mystic Meditations, refunds will not be issued. We believe that experiencing our services firsthand is essential for understanding their value and effectiveness.
Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a ticket or participating in any event or service offered by Mystic Meditations, you agree to abide by the terms of our return policy. This includes the understanding that refunds are only available up to one day before the scheduled event, and no refunds will be issued after participation.
Harassment Policy
We take the safety and well-being of our clients and staff seriously. Any form of harassment towards our practitioners, staff, or other clients will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to verbal abuse, threats, intimidation, or any other behavior deemed harassing or inappropriate. If any such behavior is observed, our team reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to removing the individual from the premises and pursuing legal action if necessary.
Governing Law
This Return/Refund Policy is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and any legal disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

CANCELING MEMBERSHIP
1 CANCELLATION BY US
We may suspend or terminate your use of the Products and/or Services as a result of your fraud or breach of any obligation under these Terms. A breach of these Terms, includes without limitation, the unauthorized copying or download of our audio or video content from the Products or Services and Services or recording of the Services. Such termination or suspension may be immediate and without notice. If we terminate your account, you may receive a pro rata refund of fees that you prepaid for the Services. Your access to the Products or Services may terminated if the relationship between Headspace and your employer or provider terminates or expires, or if your relationship with your employer or provider ends. If this happens, Headspace will use reasonable efforts to give you seven (7) days’ notice before access to the Products or Services is terminated.
2 CANCELLATION BY YOU
(a) You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Cancellation of a monthly Subscription is effective at the end of the applicable monthly period and cancellation of an annual Subscription is effective at the end of the applicable annual period. Please make any such cancellation by visiting here or emailing info@mysticmeditations.com
(b) Please note that if you purchase a Subscription through the Apple iTunes Store or our iPhone application, you may cancel your Subscription by canceling automatic renewal of paid In App Subscriptions by selecting Manage App Subscriptions in your iTunes Account settings and selecting the Subscription you want to modify. If you purchase a Subscription through the Google Play store you may cancel automatic renewals in account settings under Subscriptions in the Google Play app, or according to the current process outlined by Google Play. If you purchase a Subscription via Apple or Google, you may be subject to their additional terms.
3 CANCELLATION FEES
Some features of the Products and Services are subject to certain cancellation fees, as disclosed via the Products and Services. For example, such cancellation fees may be owed if you miss a scheduled therapy or session, and fail to provide the required advanced notice, as communicated to you in advance. We may suspend or terminate access to the Products and Services for any account for which any amount is due but unpaid. In addition to the amount due, a delinquent account will be charged with fees or charges that are incidental to any chargeback or collection of any unpaid amount, including collection fees.
