Student Testimonials

What our students say

"I took an in-person sound course with Mystic Meditations in September 2024, and it was fantastic. I am an engineer and loved the way Kasia presented the science and theory of the course together, which appealed to both my logical brain and my spiritual heart. Honestly, this was one of the best courses (sound healing or non) I have taken in a very long time! The course provided excellent value for money, the location was fantastic, and Kasia let us practice and play with her sound healing equipment for the majority of each day, so there was an opportunity to learn both intellectually and on a practical level. Kasia was also very communicative, both during the course (providing course materials, links to additional resources, etc.) and since the course ended. Kasia is very experienced, helpful, and talented and has been a pleasure to work with. Sound is her passion, and it shows! I would highly recommend Mystic Meditations if you wanted to learn how to heal with sound in a fun, heartfelt space."

"Joining Kasia’s Sound Training was one of the most aligned choices I made in 2025. Her depth of knowledge is incredible, and she shares it in a way that is accessible, empowering, and deeply engaging. The course beautifully weaves together history, theory, and hands-on practice, leaving me confident and inspired to move forward in my own practice. The container she created was inviting, warm, and supportive, and I’m still connected with my classmates and have since met others she has taught. This is a testament to the community she is building and the support she offers her students. I’m so grateful to have learned from such a gifted and generous soul."

"I have taken both Level 1 and 2 of Kasia’s Sound courses, and it has been a truly transformative experience. Her peaceful presence and radiant energy create a supportive and nurturing space for learning, growth, and healing. Kasia has inspired me to take my curiosity for sound even further in my quest, and I am currently studying to become a tuning fork sound practitioner. I am grateful for the knowledge and wisdom she taught me to begin to work with sound. Kasia is also a classically trained musician and has been playing crystal bowl sound baths before they were even a “thing”. She is truly gifted at what she does, and I can't recommend her enough to anyone curious about wanting to learn about sound healing or wanting to an attend one of her amazing sound baths for relaxation and healing."

"Kasia's offering was deeply grounded in science, sound, and esoteric principles. I appreciated how she linked and wove eclectic concepts into a clear and thoughtful framework. We were guided to embody our own individual expressions as facilitators. Importantly, the training was rooted in practicality and enriched by earnest, invaluable sharing of lived experience and wisdom. I very much look forward to further training with her and would recommend Kasia to anyone looking to add sound work to their toolkit. Honestly, it was so much fun!"

About Kasia

Kasia is a Vancouver-based sound practitioner, educator, music producer, and founder of Mystic Meditations, an accredited school focused on sound practitioner training, nervous-system-based facilitation, and immersive sound education.

After years working across music production, meditation, live facilitation, and somatic-based practices, Kasia began developing a more structured approach to working with sound. Her framework blends musicality, nervous-system education, brainwave entrainment, facilitation principles, and immersive sound design into a grounded methodology designed for both personal and professional practice.

Since 2022, the training has grown into one of Canada’s fastest-growing independent sound practitioner programs, with students travelling from across the country to attend the Vancouver-based intensives. More than 200 students have completed trainings through Mystic Meditations, with the programs consistently selling out and expanding into both in-person and digital education.

Her work bridges the worlds of music, state change, and nervous-system regulation through a modern lens that combines ancient practices with contemporary understanding of sound, emotion, and human experience.

The framework is currently being developed into a book scheduled for release in late 2026. The method is also beginning to receive international recognition, with Kasia invited to present her work, “Designing Sound for Nervous System Regulation,” at the 20th Anniversary Conference for the International Sound Therapy Association in Atlanta.
