The 10/10 recommend this to anyone. Everything about it was great. 1.5 hours felt like 10 mins but felt like I got to see my defects and lightly touched on some past trauma, from an outer body perspective, and then healed it by the end of it. It’s really hard to explain it. Just go try it trust me.

"I took an in-person sound healing course with Mystic Meditations in September 2024 and it was fantastic. I am an engineer and I loved the way Kasia presented the science and theory of the course together, which appealed to both my logical brain and my spiritual heart. Honestly, this was one of the best courses (sound healing or non) I have taken in a very long time! The course provided excellent value for money, the location was fantastic, and Kasia let us practice and play with her sound healing equipment for the majority of each day so there was an opportunity to learn both intellectually and on a practical level. Kasia was also very communicative, both during the course (providing course materials, links to additional resources, etc) and since the course ended. Kasia is very experienced, helpful, and talented and has been a pleasure to work with. Sound healing is her passion and it shows!
